Our team works with product sizes ranging from inches to yards and materials like sheet metal, plastics, and carbon fiber. Every project receives the highest level of attention as our customer-support team translates your needs into actionable plans for our technical, production, and quality-assurance teams. - Spray Finishes. Liquid coatings such as water‑based coatings, polyurethanes, epoxies, CARC and conductive coatings are just a few of our liquid coatings. Detailed masking is performed as per blueprint specifications, and colors can be matched exactly to meet your needs. Liquid coatings are an excellent option when powder coating is not feasible.
- Powder Coating. Our finishing crew has expertise in painting and powder coating metal parts for customers in the medical, aerospace, communications and energy industries. While painting can make sense for sheet metal, powder coating offers distinct advantages: it is more efficient in the finishing stage, easier to maintain in the field, and adds electrical insulation and chemical resistance. The cured finish is highly resistant to wear, chipping and scratching and provides strong corrosion resistance. It’s an enduring, beautiful, environmentally friendly option, available in a wide array of colors and finishes. We operate two oven sizes to fit your parts and ensure a consistent cure.
- Silk Screening. We provide full‑service silk screening and part marking. Artwork and screens are designed in‑house to speed up lead times. We use epoxy and air‑dry inks in many colors.
- Additional Services. We also offer other capabilities such as water‑borne coatings, iron phosphate pretreatment, media blasting and large‑scale powder coating.
